Race As A Builder Of Leaders - Julius Evola
This book examines Germany's Nazi SS corps as an example of an attempt to create such an elite through racial selection and stringent testing of political views and sensitivity. The author argues that beyond just biological considerations of race, spiritual and ideological factors must also be selected for to develop a group that can organically connect fascist ideas to race and tradition, and supervise the maintenance of the fascist worldview. This elite would take on vital political and cultural tasks to ensure the movement is not weakened over time.
